There are several processing methods of pe laminated film:
- Dry composite method: The adhesive is coated on the surface of the substrate through a laminating machine, and then the adhesive is attached to other films by heating and rolling.
- Wet composite method: A method of applying water-soluble adhesives (gelatin, starch) and water-dispersible adhesives (vinyl acetate latex, etc.) on the surface of the substrate in a wet state and compounding with other materials, and then pressing and drying with a roller.
- Extrusion compounding method: The most commonly used method in composite processing is to extrude PP, PE, and EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) ionic resin into a film with an extruder, and coat and paste it on the mixed processing agent (polyethylene). It is compounded on various films such as amines and polyurethane resins and then cooled to solidify.
- Hot-melt composite method: The substrate resin is mixed with adhesives such as rosin, xylene resin, styrene resin, etc., and a sticky reducing agent such as paraffin-based. A method of cooling a substrate. Co-extrusion composite method Two or three extruders can form and process more than two layers of film at the same time. There are the T-die method and blow molding method, which can be compounded in various ways and can produce ultra-thin films.
